Discover the Essence of Our Oils

Each of our oils tells a story — from the fertile Ethiopian soil where the seeds grow to the precise cold-pressing process that preserves their purity. Explore the unique character, benefits, and natural richness that make Sheba Nordic Oils stand apart from the rest.

What We
Offer

01

Castor Oil (Ricinus Communis Seed Oil)

Golden and fragrant, our cold-pressed sesame oil is packed with natural antioxidants — sesamol, sesamin, and sesamolin — that protect both skin and heart health.
Ethiopian sesame, grown at altitudes above 2,000 m, develops a richer aroma, higher purity, and superior oil yield compared to Asian varieties.

Uses: Gourmet cooking, massage oils, skin moisturizers, and scalp nourishment.

03

Sunflower Oil (Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil)

Cold-pressed from Ethiopian sunflowers grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil, this oil is naturally high in vitamin E and linoleic acid, with a soft, light texture ideal for sensitive skin.

Uses: Baby oils, natural lotions, and food applications.

05

Peanut Oil (Arachis Hypogaea Oil)

Light and aromatic, this oil contains high oleic acid and natural vitamin E, providing excellent skin protection and stable frying performance.
Ethiopian peanuts thrive in warm, dry highlands, yielding a cleaner flavor and stronger oxidative stability.

Uses: Culinary, hair treatments, and natural soaps.

07

Flaxseed (Linseed) Oil (Linum Usitatissimum Seed Oil)

An excellent source of Omega-3 (ALA), this oil supports cardiovascular health and skin elasticity.
Grown in the cool Ethiopian highlands, our flaxseed develops a more balanced fatty acid profile and lighter texture than other origins.

Uses: Nutritional supplements, serums, body oils, and hair conditioners.

09

Moringa Seed Oil (Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil)

Often called “The Miracle Oil,” Ethiopian moringa oil is rich in behenic acid, a rare fatty acid that locks in moisture and smooths the skin.
Pressed from seeds grown in arid lowlands, it delivers exceptional stability and absorption.

Uses: Anti-aging serums, facial oils, and premium hair blends.

11

Safflower Seed Oil

A light, soothing oil high in linoleic acid (Omega-6) and vitamin E, helping restore the skin barrier while balancing both scalp and facial complexion.

Uses: Facial serums, calming skincare, lightweight conditioners, and sensitive-skin products.

13

Rapeseed / Canola Oil

A mild, versatile oil rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, and natural tocopherols, offering gentle hydration and softening benefits for skin and hair.

Uses: Culinary use, lotions, creams, soap making, and multipurpose cosmetic bases.

15

Neem Seed Oil

A powerful clarifying oil concentrated in azadirachtin, nimbin, and quercetin, known for antibacterial, antifungal, and skin-purifying benefits.

Uses: Anti-acne formulas, scalp treatments, cleansing balms, and herbal wellness products.

02

Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa Seed Oil)

Revered for centuries as “the oil that cures everything but death,” Ethiopian black seed oil is stronger, more aromatic, and richer in thymoquinone than Middle Eastern or Asian varieties — thanks to high-altitude cultivation.

Uses: Skincare, hair growth, immune support, and holistic wellness.

04

Niger Seed Oil (Guizotia Abyssinica Seed Oil)

A true Ethiopian treasure — known locally as Noog or Abyssinian Oil.
The original Ethiopian variety, not the hybridized Asian type, contains a unique balance of linoleic and palmitic acids, giving it both nutritional depth and cosmetic versatility.

Uses: Cooking, scalp strengthening, skin rejuvenation, and traditional wellness products.

06

Sesame Oil (Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil)

Golden and fragrant, our cold-pressed sesame oil is packed with natural antioxidants — sesamol, sesamin, and sesamolin — that protect both skin and heart health.
Ethiopian sesame, grown at altitudes above 2,000 m, develops a richer aroma, higher purity, and superior oil yield compared to Asian varieties.

Uses: Gourmet cooking, massage oils, skin moisturizers, and scalp nourishment.

08

Pumpkin Seed Oil (Cucurbita Pepo Seed Oil)

Deep green and rich in zinc and plant sterols, this oil promotes skin repair, hormone balance, and overall vitality.
Ethiopian pumpkins, grown in fertile volcanic soil, produce a nutrient-dense oil with a naturally nutty flavor.

Uses: Functional foods, men’s wellness, and moisturizing blends.

10

Fenugreek Seed Oil

A strengthening oil naturally rich in phytoestrogens, nicotinic acid, and saponins, supporting hair growth, skin renewal, and overall nourishment.

“We’ve worked with several oil suppliers before, but none come close to the purity and consistency of Sheba Nordic Oils. The texture, color, and scent speak for themselves — you can literally feel that it’s freshly pressed and unrefined. Our clients immediately noticed the difference in quality, especially in skincare and wellness applications. It’s rare to find oils that feel this natural yet so professionally produced.”
